Refund policy

A. 14-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you change your mind or a device does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a full refund, all returned items must strictly meet the following conditions:

Unused Condition: The device must be unused and in the same condition it was received. Refunds will not be issued for devices that show signs of use, physical damage, or alterations occurring after delivery. In such cases, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Complete Packaging: The device must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials. If any original accessories are missing, we reserve the right to adjust the refund amount accordingly.

No Software Locks: All passcodes, iCloud, and Google accounts must be removed. Devices returned with any software locks (including iCloud, passcode, or SIM locks) will not be eligible for a refund.

All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at our facility. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your device.

 

B. 12-month Warranty

Every device is backed by a 12-month commercial warranty from the date of delivery. Should you encounter any operational or functional defects arising from normal use during this period, you may return the device for a repair or replacement.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures that occur under regular, intended use of the device.

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to:

Physical or liquid damage: Including accidents, drops, spills, or excessive pressure.

Unauthorised interference: Devices that have been opened, tampered with, or repaired by any third party.

Cosmetic wear: Such as scratches, dents, or broken casings and screens.

Normal wear and tear: Including gradual performance degradation over time.

 

Return & Inspection
All warranty returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at our facility. Claims that do not meet the above conditions may be declined.

 

C. Transit Damage Claims

If your device arrives damaged as a result of transit, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Please include photos of the damage and original packaging when reporting the issue, as this helps us process your claim more efficiently.
